What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Local & International deliveries are handled by DHL express.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If you live in Lagos, Nigeria. It takes 3- 5 working days from when we process your order for delivery. If you reside in Nigeria, delivery takes 5 working days and the rest of the world takes 7 working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship Internationally. If you are making an international order, please confirm you’ve filled in your proper address. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Payment Information

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Only ever put your card details into secure websites. Be on the look-out for the following signs to know you are shopping safely.

Padlock symbol – There should be a padlock in the address bar next to the website address.

Website address – This should start with https://. The S stands for secure

Green address bar – On certain browsers and websites the address bar will turn green.

Valid certificate – If you click the padlock symbol or just to the left of the address bar, you should see information on the site certificate. This should tell you who has registered the site.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Our payment gateways are PayPal and Paystack.  You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us, you can decide to just check out with your credit or debit card. We also accept direct bank transfer however we will only ever post your item once we have confirmed your payment.

Orders and Returns

How Can I Return a Product?

We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange.

However, our returns and exchange policy is created to ensure that if you do need to, it is a seamless procedure. If you need to return or exchange any product, please send an email to returns@abebibytan.com for approval.

Abebibytan accepts a kimono for refund or exchange only if returned in approved and saleable condition within 3 days from when you received it. It must still have its tag on and be free from wears, tears and or make-up stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your kimono for items of the same style in a different size or color.

Please note that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving the item. However, please note that your bank may take longer to process this.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by Abebibytan, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement to you.

If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been received.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, having an account tailors your shopping experience to your preference, helps you keep track of our promotions and retains the items in your cart for approximately 30 days.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before your item is dispatched send us an email at customercare@abebibytan.com as soon as possible. We cannot alter your order once it has been dispatched.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to your email, you can track your order on our website or log into DHL.com
